Privacy notice

Who is responsible for your data
The holder of this site is Filip, the person behind the END TO WEB personal portfolio. Contact for all privacy matters: [email protected].
Enquiries by email and Viber
This site has no contact form. You can write to us by email at [email protected] or on Viber at +385 99 432 0800.
- Email: your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible project.
- Viber: the profile name and phone number that Viber shows us, and the content of your messages. We use them to answer your enquiry. Viber processes messages under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis. For a general enquiry we rely on our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you are personally the prospective contracting party and your message asks us to prepare an offer or take other steps before a contract is concluded, the basis is those pre-contract steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where you write on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries of this kind (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We consider this processing necessary for those purposes, keep it to what answering the enquiry requires, and take your rights and reasonable expectations into account.
Writing to us does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not rely on consent to handle enquiries.
Giving us your contact details is voluntary. Without an email address or Viber contact we cannot reply to you.
Hosting and technical data
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address and request information. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare's processing is described in its privacy policy.
Who receives your data
- Cloudflare: hosting, delivery and security of the site. See its privacy policy and its customer DPA.
- Google (Gmail): delivery and storage of email. See its privacy policy.
- Rakuten Viber: Viber messages. See its privacy policy.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their terms describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. The fonts and the animation script are served from our own domain. Cloudflare may set technical cookies for security and delivery; its privacy policy describes them.
Because the site does not use tracking, it does not show a consent banner. If this changes, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep an enquiry only as long as needed to answer it and manage any follow-up, and to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. When that purpose ends, we delete the message, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for:
- access to your personal data and a copy of it;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- erasure, where the conditions in the law are met;
- restriction of processing, where the conditions are met;
- objection to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- data portability, where it applies.
Send requests to [email protected]. We reply within one month. In some cases the law allows us to extend this period; we will tell you if we do.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) at azop.hr.
Automated decisions
This site does not use automated decision-making or profiling of visitors.
